The Wade Family Foundation
The Wade Family Foundation was created by Bobby Wade, a professional football star. The specific purpose and intent of the foundation is to offer children and families the opportunity to learn, play, and experience the important lessons taught through athletics. Bobby Wade believes the lessons learned through athletics directly correlate to how an individual handles academic challenges and overall life obstacles. Athletics help youth develop the basic life values of dedication, hard work commitment and personal integrity. Bobby believes it is important that all families regardless of their social or economic status have the opportunity to participate and learn these lessons. There are several initiatives that the Wade Family Foundation supports; all of them incorporate athletics, education and opportunity. Throughout the year the foundation will host events such as, "Bowling with a Star" and "Go Big Camps" with the purpose of raising money to support these initiatives as well as donate to other related causes. The Better Tomorrow Coalition
The Better Tomorrow Coalition was established to increase the outreach capabilities of the Bobby Wade Family Foundation and allow us to serve a greater number of children and families. We support programs designed to improve the environment, social awareness and self confidence of disadvantaged youth in urban and rural communities. The Wade Foundation is interested in helping organizations that share this passion and overall goal.
